Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide with DHL & UPS.

How much is the shipping fee?
We offer free shipping on all orders over 1000 SEK in Sweden and all orders over 150€/150USD/150GBP to the rest of the world.
The shipping fees for orders under these amounts are based on your selected shipping service and will be displayed in the checkout.
Note that delivery charges DO NOT cover any eventual import costs for non- EU countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, with exception of Swedish public holidays. If you place your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 on a weekday it will usually be shipped on the same day.
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 days and to the rest of the world 3-7 days.

We assure you that we are doing everything we can to make sure that you will receive your order as soon as possible.

Where is my package?
A shipping confirmation including your tracking ID will be sent to you by email when your order has left the Coach Ivy warehouse.

Use the tracking ID recived to trace your order via the shipping company's tracking system.

I did not receive my order, what should I do?
In the event that you should not receive your package, please contact us at info@coachivyclo.com and we will do our best to help you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Coach Ivy accepts returns within 14 days of receiving our product.

Keep in mind:
Returned items must be unused, unwashed and all labels must be intact.

Please use the return form below to register your return and we will provide you with a return label as soon as possible.

ALL RETURNS ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
